In the very near future, Bo Andersson will leave the post of head of the enterprise in Tolyatti, and the name of the new president of AvtoVAZ will be announced on March 15. It is noteworthy that under the terms of the contract, Andersson was supposed to remain in office until December 2016, but the shareholders decided to terminate the agreement early. According to available information, we are talking about leaving without the so-called "golden parachute", that is, without compensation payments.

The press service of "Renault Russia" stated that his successor will have to lead the next stage of work to bring the company out of the crisis situation.

As RBC writes, both co-owners of AvtoVAZ - the Renault-Nissan alliance and the state corporation "Rostec" - remained dissatisfied with Andersson's activities. The reason was that the outgoing head of the enterprise failed to cope with the task of achieving a 20 percent market share. In addition, according to the results of 2015, the auto giant recorded the largest loss in its entire history, amounting to 74 billion rubles.
