From now on, the former employee of the German company will hold the post of chief designer of Lamborghini. Some of the latest projects of Mitja Borkert are the new Porsche Macan and Cayenne.
In addition, the former Porsche designer created the restyled Boxster roadster and the Mission E concept.
The German will take up the new position on April 4. By the way, Mitja Borkert was born in the GDR into a family of a Russian language teacher. He graduated from the transportation design department of the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, after which he began working at Porsche, until 2016.
