The scandal known as dieselgate continues to gain momentum in different countries. Now the authorities of South Korea have put forward demands for compensation and recall of diesel cars (about 125 thousand units).

This decision was made by the Ministry of Environment, which established that Volkswagen indeed distorted data on harmful emissions. The company was also fined more than 12 million dollars.

It is worth noting that the German manufacturer has already admitted to installing special software on its diesel models that understated the results of harmful gas emission tests.
