There are drivers whose job is nothing but short trips around the city, and they simply can't be bothered to buckle up every time. Others are sure that in a metropolis with its eternal traffic jams and slow traffic, the seat belt is useless anyway. And still others, looking at such motorists, don't want to be seen as "boring rule-following drivers" and don't buckle up not out of conviction, but simply following the crowd.

Agree, the situation is painfully familiar! To fool a vigilant inspector, many buy clothing with a printed seat belt. Such a pattern creates the illusion that the driver is buckled up, and the police officer will have no reason to stop the car for a check.

There remains one more problem — the audible signal reminding about an unbuckled seat belt, which most modern cars are equipped with. The simplest way out is to cut the wires going to the sensor under the seat, or to buckle the belt by passing it behind the seat back.

However, there are more elegant options, which you see in the photo. Some of these plugs are additionally equipped with a bottle opener function, so a useful tool will always be at hand. It is worth noting that in China such devices are sold at prices from 3 to 15 yuan, which in dollars is from 48 cents to 2.4 dollars.

It's only a pity that those who buy these gadgets do not realize: they are deceiving primarily themselves, and in an accident the belt will no longer be able to protect them from serious injuries or even death.
