There is indeed a price reduction, it's just not as noticeable as the price increase was. If we take data for September 12 (Friday), we can see that the average price of A-92 and A-95 decreased by 1 kopek – to 16.47 UAH/l and 16.71 UAH/l respectively. This data can be trusted, as it was published by the consulting group "A-95".

At the same time, the price reduction is most noticeable in Kyiv and Kirovohrad regions. "Ninety-second" became cheaper (average) by 4 kopecks – 16.60 UAH/l in the capital region, and 16.51 UAH/l in Kirovohrad region. "Ninety-fifth" is 3 kopecks cheaper. On average, 16.90 UAH/l.
Consumers' distrust of information about the general reduction in fuel prices is understandable. It is much easier to notice how it becomes more expensive, especially when the cost per liter rises by 25-50 kopecks per day, than when it falls by only 2-5 kopecks per week.
Nevertheless, it is worth noting that the trend towards lower prices for gasoline and diesel fuel continues. The record holder for price reduction was the Dnipropetrovsk operator "Neftek", where A-92 fell by 20 kopecks – to 16.69 UAH/l, and A-95 – by 10 kopecks to 17.09 UAH/l. True, its fuel remains one of the most expensive.
If we consider the cost of main types of fuel by region, the lowest prices still remain in Chernihiv and Sumy regions, and the highest – in Donetsk and Luhansk.
