The Range Rover Evoque P300e PHEV and Discovery Sport P300e PHEV are equipped with a 200-horsepower 1.5 Ingenium turbo engine, paired with an electric motor producing 109 hp and a battery with a capacity of 15 kWh. The transmission is an eight-speed automatic. The total output of this hybrid system is 309 hp and 540 Nm of torque.

The Evoque P300e PHEV consumes only 1.4 liters per 100 km, while the Discovery Sport P300e PHEV consumes 1.6 l/100 km. The hybrid Evoque accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds, and the Discovery Sport in 6.6 seconds. The electric-only range is 66 and 62 km according to the WLTP cycle, respectively. In electric mode, the maximum speed should not exceed 135 km/h. The traction battery can be charged to 80% from a 32-kilowatt terminal in 30 minutes, and from a wall-mounted device (seven kilowatts) in an hour and a half. Charging from a household outlet will take about seven hours.

The hybrid system has three operating modes: automatic Hybrid, fully electric EV, and battery-saving Save. It also features brake-by-wire technology, which provides deceleration of up to -0.2 g through recuperation.

Sales of hybrid crossovers on the European market have already started. The price of the Range Rover Evoque P300e PHEV starts from 50,750 euros, and the Discovery Sport P300e PHEV costs at least 49,255 euros.
