The SF90 coupe, which debuted in May 2019, became the first production Ferrari with hybrid drive. Unlike the LaFerrari hypercar, equipped with a 6.2-liter V12, the SF90 Stradale's powertrain is based on a four-liter twin-turbo V8 that produces 780 hp and 800 Nm of torque.
This engine works in conjunction with three electric motors: one is placed between the gasoline V8 and the eight-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches, and two more are installed on the front axle and are responsible for rotating the front wheels.
The electric motors, powered by a set of lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 7.9 kWh, add a total of 220 horsepower. The total power of the hybrid system reached 1000 hp and 800 newton-meters. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, acceleration to 200 km/h takes 6.7 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 340 km/h.
