The length of the Nissan IMk is 3434 mm, the width is 1512 mm, and the height is 1644 millimeters. The company noted that the prototype is made in the style of "immortal Japanese futurism" — a design philosophy according to which small city cars will look in the near future.

A distinctive feature of the concept is the bronze body color, a fully glass roof, as well as external cameras that replaced the side mirrors. Inside, there is room for only two traditional controls — the power unit start button and the drive mode selector.
Control over the remaining vehicle functions is carried out using touchscreens. The driver receives all necessary information through large holographic displays located on the front panel.

The car is driven by a single electric motor, providing "excellent acceleration and responsiveness both in city driving and when driving uphill." The new product is equipped with a "highly advanced" automatic control system, but the driver can take control of the car themselves — for this they have two pedals and a steering wheel.
