The coupe received a set of racing upgrades from the Audi Sport division. The exterior was complemented by a carbon fiber body kit, which included a front splitter, modified side skirts, a rear diffuser, and a rigidly fixed rear wing.

Thanks to this, engineers managed to significantly increase downforce. At a top speed of 315 km/h, it reaches 250 kg — that's 100 kg more than the production version of the sports car.

In addition, the coupe was fitted with new 20-inch wheels, visually similar to those on the racing R8 GT4 for endurance events. Deceleration is provided by carbon-ceramic brakes with titanium calipers.

The characteristics of the power unit are still kept secret. It is expected that under the hood is the same 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 engine, developing 610 hp and 560 Nm of torque. The transmission is a seven-speed "robot" and all-wheel drive.
