The base equipment of the crossover now includes LED daytime running lights and rear lights. As an option, new full LED headlights developed jointly with Magneti Marelli are available.
The model has a new "urban" version Urban, which differs from other variants in the design of the front and rear bumpers. As for the previous Cross and City Cross versions, they received new underbody protection plates.
Inside, a new instrument panel appeared, consisting of two analog dials and an adjustable 3.5-inch TFT display located in the middle. In addition, a new multifunctional steering wheel is available.
The engine lineup has been expanded with new turbocharged petrol engines: a three-cylinder unit with a displacement of one liter and a power of 120 hp (190 Nm of torque) and a 1.3-liter "four" producing 150 hp and 270 Nm. The first engine works in conjunction with a six-speed manual gearbox, while the second is combined with a six-speed "robot" with two clutches. In addition, a basic 110-horsepower engine with a volume of 1.6 liters is available.
The diesel range consists of three engines with a volume of 1.3, 1.6 and 2.0 liters, which develop 95, 120 and 150 hp respectively. The car with the top engine is equipped with an all-wheel drive system.
The standard equipment of the Fiat 500X includes a road sign recognition system and a lane keeping function, and for an additional fee, a blind spot monitoring system and an automatic emergency braking function are available.
