The changes are minimal – the exterior has been refined, the range of trim levels has been expanded, and for both the sedan and coupe, a Sport modification has been added, which was previously available for the hatchback.

The new model can be distinguished from the pre-restyling version by different bumpers, a different radiator grille (blackened instead of chrome), upgraded headlights, as well as a front splitter, new wheel design, and chrome elements in the rear of the body.

The Sport modification is equipped with a more aggressive front bumper, a centrally located exhaust pipe in the rear bumper, a diffuser, a spoiler on the trunk lid (for the sedan), and 18-inch wheels.

Such cars will be equipped with a two-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 158 horsepower, which can be paired with a six-speed manual or a CVT.

The model's equipment has been expanded with the Honda Sensing safety systems suite. It includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and lane keeping assist. Additionally, the Civic can now be ordered with an upgraded multimedia system featuring a 7-inch screen.
