Honda BR-V is one of the cheapest 7-seat crossovers on the market. In Indonesia, for example, it will cost (converted from rupiah) just under $17.9 thousand. For this money, the Japanese offer a stylish and well-equipped car, but, however, quite small – its length is only 4.5 meters.

The exterior of the new BR-V hints at the features of global Hondas such as Accord, Civic, and Pilot. The main innovation inside is more free space. In particular, the manufacturer notes that it has increased the number of places for various small items and cup holders (up to 8 pieces).

The analog instrument panel now features a 4.2-inch screen, and the base version already includes multimedia with a 7-inch screen, keyless entry, and LED headlights. Top trims also get an advanced set of electronic safety systems, including adaptive cruise control, automatic braking, lane keeping assist, and blind spot monitoring. There are 4 airbags.

Under the hood of the Honda BR-V is a single 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 121 hp and 145 Nm. It meets Euro-4 standards. Buyers can choose between a 6-speed manual or a CVT, but drive is only front-wheel. The crossover's ground clearance is 220 mm.

The new Honda BR-V will go on sale in November.
