In the spring of next year, the SUV can be ordered with a six-speed automatic transmission supplied by the French company Punch Powertrain.
In addition, in 2019 the model will receive a new power unit — a 2.7-liter gasoline engine producing 150 horsepower. The vehicle will also be equipped with an improved engine cooling system and a front axle borrowed from the UAZ Profi model.
Currently, the UAZ Patriot is equipped with a 2.7-liter gasoline engine with 135 hp and a torque of 210 Nm, a five-speed manual transmission, a transfer case, and plug-in all-wheel drive.
