British journalists managed to find out some data about the new generation of the Volvo V40 hatchback, the debut of which will take place next year.
The new generation of the V40 model will be based on the CMA platform, created for the compact crossover XC40. Most likely, the hatchback's design will be in the spirit of its larger relative.
In the engine lineup, in addition to the usual petrol and diesel units, a hybrid setup will appear for the first time, and later a fully electric version. A modification with all-wheel drive is also possible.
