At the beginning of the year, Kreisel specialists had already turned a Mercedes-Benz G-Class owned by a famous Hollywood actor into an electric vehicle. Now Arnold Schwarzenegger has ordered a similar conversion for his red Hummer H1.

The work on the electric Hummer took two months. The SUV was equipped with a pair of electric motors with a combined output of approximately 500 horsepower. The mass of this impressive electric vehicle is 3.3 tons, and the range on a single charge is 300 kilometers. The maximum speed of the car is limited to 120 km/h.
The unveiling of the new product was timed to coincide with the opening ceremony of the Kreisel Electric research center. At the event, Schwarzenegger was accompanied by Austrian Federal Chancellor Christian Kern.

Getting into the cabin of his updated SUV, Arnold jokingly noted that the next task for the Austrian engineers could be an electric airplane — then he could fly to them directly from Los Angeles.
