In essence, the Arona is a slightly enlarged and "raised" version of the new generation Ibiza model. The crossover is 79 mm longer (4138 mm) and 99 mm (1543 mm) taller than the hatchback. In addition, the Arona has an increased ground clearance of 15 mm.
The model offers 68 combinations of body, roof, and rear pillar colors, with a stylishly engraved letter X on the pillar.
The interior is fully unified with the Ibiza and boasts a 300-watt Beatsaudio audio system, wireless smartphone charging, and an 8-inch media center screen.

The engine lineup includes a three-cylinder TSI with 95 or 115 hp, as well as a 1.6-liter diesel also in two power variants of similar output. Transmissions: five- or six-speed manual, or a seven-speed DSG robot.
As the top version, a "hot" Arona FR is offered, equipped with a 150-horsepower 1.5-liter turbo engine.

Sales of the Seat Arona crossover will start early next year.
