The new model was presented at a special exhibition in Amsterdam. With the change of generations, the car has become more economical, comfortable, safe and... cheaper!

The van has noticeably freshened up externally, it has acquired a new radiator grille, more expressive headlights and taillights. Some changes have also occurred in the interior, in particular, the dashboard in style has now become closer to passenger cars. In addition, in the interior of the new model you can see metal accents and a multimedia system with a 6.3-inch screen.
For the T6, Volkswagen prepared a wide range of engines meeting the Euro-6 standard. The car received a 2.0-liter turbodiesel in four power variations: 84, 102, 150 and 204 hp. There is also a gasoline engine in the lineup – also 2.0-liter, but producing 105 and 204 hp. Thanks to modern systems and technologies, such as start-stop functions, the units have become 15% more economical.
Another important feature of the new model is adaptive suspension with DCC (Dynamic Cruise Control) system and adjustable shock absorber stiffness. It allows you to select three driving modes: Comfort, Normal or Sport.
The Transporter also got various new-generation electronic assistants responsible for safety. These include adaptive cruise control ACC, which monitors the distance to the vehicle ahead, the City Emergency Braking function (up to 30 km/h), and the Automatic Post-Collision Braking System, which slows the car immediately after a collision.

The VW T6 will hit the market very soon. The price starts from 23,035 euros. Interestingly, the Multivan version in the base Conceptline trim is 4 thousand euros cheaper than the most "stock" modification of the previous generation model: 29,952 euros and 34,301 euros, respectively.
