From today, April 28, a law has come into force that changes the rules for passing through a roundabout intersection.
Yesterday, April 27, the official publication "Voice of Ukraine" published law No. 4246, which introduces amendments to Article 41 of the law "On Road Traffic." The document concerns determining the right-of-way for vehicles at roundabouts. Thus, starting from today, the new rules come into effect.
Now, if there are no priority signs at a roundabout, vehicles already on the roundabout and continuing to move along it are considered to have the right of way.
