As colleagues report, the command of the American army has signed a 3-year contract with the Kremenchuk Automobile Plant. According to the document, the domestic plant will supply Americans with vehicles for transporting personnel, flatbed trucks, as well as tanker trucks for transporting water and fuel.
Why did the US Army need KrAZ trucks? There are no details about the order, but it is assumed that the US thus decided to support Ukraine in countering Russian aggression, which for 7 years has been causing not only military but also economic losses to our country, due to which many companies are experiencing financial difficulties. In this regard, KrAZ is exactly the manufacturer that needs orders – over the past few months, the plant has been on the verge of disappearing.
At the same time, the equipment produced by KrAZ will not be used by the US Army – it is expected to be transferred to allies or UN peacekeeping missions.
