The J.D. Power research method does not change – it analyzes the number of complaints about new cars received during the first 90 days of ownership. It is the number of defects per 100 cars that forms the rating.
The average market indicator is 209 problems per 100 cars. Most complaints are related to multimedia. In addition, dissatisfaction is caused by slow USB charging, odor in the cabin, and high noise levels.

In J.D. Power, they separately compared all cars of Chinese production and purely Chinese brands. In the first case, GAC Honda leads (184 problems per 100 cars). Second place goes to GAC FCA Jeep (193), and third to Changan Ford (195).
Among Chinese brands, Changan turned out to be the best (202 malfunctions per 100 cars). Next come Chery (204) and Lynk&Co (205).
