Starting September 6, 2010, LADA models of the "ninth" and "tenth" families became 5 percent cheaper.
The price of the LADA 21093 five-door hatchback now starts at UAH 57,650, which is UAH 3,100 less than before. The LADA 21099 sedan from the same family is offered from UAH 59,750 — a discount of UAH 3,150. Also available are 2009 model year 21099 cars at UAH 56,500, but their quantity is limited. Like other cars of the Samara family, the "ninth" models are distinguished by high dynamics, confident handling, and stability on roads of varying quality, as well as a spacious trunk, the volume of which can be increased by folding the rear seat. Both versions are equipped with new 1.6-liter injection eight-valve engines that meet Euro-3 standards. Assembly of the cars is established at the Zaporizhia Automobile Manufacturing Plant.
The discount on the LADA 2110 sedan was UAH 3,180 — now its price starts from UAH 65,700. In addition, there is a limited batch of "tenth" models from 2009 at a price of UAH 61,950. The LADA 2111 station wagon became cheaper by UAH 3,405 and now costs from UAH 68,950. The smooth body lines give these cars better aerodynamic properties on the highway. The spacious and comfortable interior, as well as modern technical content with improved performance characteristics, meet the new demands of buyers. The "tenth" family models, serial production of which started in 2008 at the new Bohdan Motors plant in Cherkasy, received a new instrument panel, interior trim, and door cards. The base version includes front fog lights and alloy wheels, and the special trim includes electric power steering. Since September 2010, cars are also equipped with air conditioning. The LADA 2110 with power steering and air conditioning costs UAH 72,000, and the LADA 2111 in a similar configuration is UAH 75,250. The "tenth" models are available with two types of engines: an eight-valve one, which is well suited for our not always high-quality fuel, and a more powerful sixteen-valve one. Both units meet the Euro-3 standard.
