In addition, the largest growth sectors last year were heating engineering, diagnostic equipment, power tools, and household appliances. The company believes that the demand for auto parts grew due to a decrease in the income level of Ukrainians. Thus, many decided to repair their cars, choosing quality parts to extend the service life of their vehicles, rather than buying new cars.
“We look to the future with confidence and optimism and plan to continue growth in 2016 at the level of 10-15%. We see that the economic situation is gradually improving: we already have orders for 2016 for all our products and solutions, including industrial equipment, for which there were almost no orders at the beginning of 2015, which indicates that investments are returning to Ukraine,” noted Vitaliy Bulda, General Director of Robert Bosch Ltd in Ukraine, Vice President of Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH in the Baltic and CIS countries.

Among the key developments, Bosch names driving automation in the form of introducing various systems that bring closer the creation of autonomous vehicles, which will be especially relevant in the commercial transport segment - automation will play an increasingly significant role as a means of reducing the number of accidents.

Thus, the goal of the Bosch strategy is to offer customers connected solutions for mobility, production, as well as energy systems and buildings. The company believes that “connectivity technologies are the key to solving future problems, such as limited resources and urbanization.” For example, electricity consumption in a building managed by an intelligent connected system can be reduced by 40 percent.
