In Ukraine, the rules for driving through roundabouts may change. According to the new draft law, priority at such intersections will be given to cars already moving in the circle. This scheme has long been successfully used in many European countries.
The initiative is enshrined in draft law No. 4246, registered on 17.03.2016. The authors of the document propose to supplement Article 41 of the law "On Road Traffic" with a provision that vehicles already in the circle have priority at roundabouts.
The developers believe that this innovation will help reduce the number of accidents on such road sections.
