According to the Ukrautoprom association, the share of used cars on the Ukrainian market reaches 79.5%. In other words, during the specified period, they were registered four times more often than new cars.
Also, the most popular used models in April became known. The leader in demand remains Renault Megane — 2370 units. In second place is Volkswagen Golf with 2015 cars, and the top three is closed by Volkswagen Passat — 1986 units.
The top five of the rating also included Skoda Octavia (1845 cars) and Ford Focus (1508). Thus, most often Ukrainian drivers prefer used cars of the C segment.
In the first four months of 2021, 126.5 thousand used cars underwent primary registration in the country. For comparison, only 31.1 thousand new vehicles were purchased over the same period.
