According to the results of the first quarter of this year, Ukrainians registered 108.8 thousand cars – 21.1 thousand new and 87.7 thousand used. Among new cars, the most (30%) are white, and in this color, Renault Duster was chosen most often.
In second place is gray (27%), with Toyota RAV4 being the most registered in this color. The third position is black (16%), and again Toyota RAV4 leads among models. The top five are completed by blue (11%) and brown (6%), and in these colors, the same model was most often purchased – Kia Sportage.
Among used cars, the situation is somewhat different, with gray (38%) leading by a large margin. The top 5 most popular colors are as follows:
- Gray – 38% (Renault Megane);
- Black – 25% (Volkswagen Passat);
- White – 14% (Renault Megane);
- Blue – 12% (Volkswagen Golf);
- Red – 6% (Ford Focus).
The least popular color is purple – in 2021, only 29 new and 140 used cars in this shade were registered.
