According to information provided by the Ukrautoprom association, out of the total volume, 21.1 thousand cars were new, and 87.7 thousand were already in use. Data on the most popular models in different categories was also published.
In the ranking of new cars, the first line is held by Toyota RAV4 (1,478 units), notably, the top five included four crossovers at once.
Top 5 new cars on the Ukrainian market:
- Toyota RAV4 – 1,478 sold cars;
- Renault Duster – 1,269;
- Kia Sportage – 1,182;
- Nissan Qashqai – 653;
- Renault Sandero – 639.
As for the used car segment, here, on the contrary, representatives of the C-class lead:
- Renault Megane – 5,329 units;
- Volkswagen Passat – 4,560;
- Skoda Octavia – 4,281;
- Volkswagen Golf – 4,214;
- Ford Focus – 3,257.
The most popular among electric vehicles in Ukraine is the Chevrolet Bolt (387 units), however, all of them have mileage. As for new electric cars, here the leadership belongs to the Audi e-tron (21 cars).
