The French brand Renault became the leader of the month, adding 220 new vehicles to the Ukrainian fleet of trucks and special vehicles. The company's figure exceeded last year's result by 15 percent.

The second position in the list of brands was taken by Fiat, increasing sales of its commercial vehicles by a third compared to April 2018 — 129 new vehicles.

The top three was closed by Mercedes-Benz with 60 registered cars. Registrations of this brand grew by 62 percent compared to April last year.

The fourth place remained with Ford, whose sales fell by 66% to 54 units.

The top five of the April market for new commercial vehicles is completed by Volkswagen, which has 50 Ukrainian license plates to its credit (-34% compared to April 2018).

The greatest losses in this segment were suffered by the Citroen brand, which a year ago occupied the first line of the rating. Having reduced car sales almost 9 times, Citroen dropped to the tenth position.

In the first four months of 2019, 3398 commercial vehicles were registered in Ukraine — this is 16% less than in the same period last year.
