Almost nine out of ten electric vehicles that received registration in Ukraine last month were imported from abroad with mileage — such cars accounted for 88% of the total number.

The leader in demand among Ukrainian drivers remains NISSAN Leaf. In October, 403 such cars were registered.

The second position in the ranking was taken by the BMW i3 model — it was chosen by 38 owners.

The top three was closed by TESLA Model S, registered in the number of 27 units.

The fourth place went to RENAULT Zoe: in October, this model received 24 primary registrations.

The top five most popular electric cars is completed by FIAT 500e — 23 cars.

The top ten most popular electric vehicles in October also included:

VOLKSWAGEN e-Golf — 19 units; KIA Soul EV — 18 units; HYUNDAI Ioniq Electric — 15 units; MERCEDES-BENZ B-Class Electric Drive — 14 units; SMART Fortwo ED — 13 units.

In general, for January-October, 4214 electric vehicles passed primary registration in the country — this is 89% more than in the same period of 2017. The share of imported used cars in the primary market, as a year ago, amounted to 85%.
