As a result, in January the market of used foreign cars showed growth of 137% compared to the same period last year, and their share in the primary market reached almost 44%, while a year earlier this figure was 31%.
The most popular in the past month were cars of European production, among which Volkswagen became the undisputed leader. In January, Ukrainian buyers purchased 791 units of this German brand.
The second position in the ranking was taken by Renault cars – 757 units.
The top three is closed by Skoda. Over 31 days of this year, 515 people became owners of imported used Skodas.
In addition, the top ten of the January ranking of the primary market of used cars included: Ford – 334 units, Opel – 304 units, BMW – 270 units, Nissan – 234 units, Toyota – 216 units, Audi – 203 units, and Peugeot – 192 units.
