The main share of the total output of automotive vehicles was accounted for by passenger cars — 752 units were produced, which is 16% less than in November, but 39.3% more compared to December 2016.
In December, bus production amounted to 117 units — this figure exceeded the November level by 30%, and the result of the same month last year by 42.7%.
In addition, during the reporting period, 63 trucks were assembled, the main part of which was provided by PJSC "ZAZ". This is 117.2% more than a month earlier, and 12.5% higher than in December 2016. It is worth recalling that PJSC "AutoKrAZ" has stopped publishing data on its production volumes since August 2016 without explanation.
According to the results of the entire 2017, 8,586 vehicles were manufactured in Ukraine — this is 63.1% more than a year earlier. Of them:
Passenger cars — 7,296 units (+68.1% compared to the same period last year).
Commercial vehicles — 486 units (−19.4% compared to the same period).
Buses — 804 units (+150.5% compared to the same period).
