The enterprise in Kremenchug was focused on assembling cars using the large-unit assembly method, as well as preparing vehicles for sale and their warranty and post-warranty service.
At various times, the plant assembled products from brands such as GAZ, UAZ, VAZ, Geely, SsangYong, FAW trucks, and SUVs from China's Great Wall. Since the plant's launch, over 140,000 vehicles have come off its assembly line.
According to the document, the inventory conducted showed that fixed assets, intangible assets, capital and financial investments, material inventories, accounts receivable with realistic prospects of repayment, securities, and other monetary documents, as well as work in progress, are absent from the balance sheet. Therefore, as the liquidator explained, property inventory acts were not drawn up.
It is worth noting that the plant's operations were halted back in August 2014.
