Three types of delicious bread are baked right at the gas station daily from 10 a.m. until late evening. This is very convenient for customers, as they can simultaneously fill up their car and buy tasty products for lunch with colleagues or a family dinner.

Depending on preferences, guests of the gas station can order grain bread, rye de luxe, or ciabatta with cheese. The grain bread contains sunflower and sesame seeds, dried carrots, and oat flakes. Dark rye de luxe is baked according to an original Finnish recipe from rye and wheat flour with the addition of glucose syrup, high-quality malt, and aromatic coriander, cumin, and fennel. Ciabatta is a traditional Italian bread with a crispy crust and crumb with large pores. A special flavor accent is created by adding aromatic cheese to the dough.
“We wrap the freshly baked bread chosen by customers in branded paper packaging for convenient transportation,” comments Oksana Dzhus, head of cafe management at the OKKO gas station network. “Although, as we see, it is hard for guests to resist pinching off a piece of aromatic warm bread right in the store at OKKO. Currently, bread is baked at 12 gas stations of the network, but in the future, this list is planned to be expanded.”
