The government emphasized that the total amount of funds allocated under the Kyoto Protocol is about 1 billion, and it was decided to direct this money to the purchase of equipment as part of the completion of the reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is worth noting that compared to the conventional petrol version, the hybrid RAV4 consumes less fuel (especially during patrolling) and has lower CO2 emissions. In addition, the hybrid version has good acceleration dynamics and a non-standard all-wheel drive design — its rear wheels are driven by separate electric motors.
