According to him, the reforms reduced the number of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by almost 40%, which is a consequence of the task to simplify and optimize registration authorities. Currently, 142 service centers are operating instead of 238, as was the case a year ago.
In addition, Vladislav Krikliy announced the emergence of mobile service centers that will provide services to residents of remote settlements. Mobile centers allegedly will be able to print driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates on the spot.

As AUTO-Consulting writes, mobile service centers will start their work by the end of the first quarter of next year. For my part, I can note that all this is good and in theory very convenient, but in practice, unfortunately, everything often happens differently. In particular, it is enough to recall the situation with the liquidation of MREO, which during the period of changes made it virtually impossible to register cars.
