The new problem turned out to be an old one – once again there is a shortage of registration forms. Special products remained only in one branch of the center. According to the public relations department of the regional service center, the problem with the shortage of vehicle registration certificates is “temporary,” but the timing for the appearance of “technical passports” is not specified. “In this regard, we recommend contacting territorial service center No. 8047 (Bolshaya Koltsevaya, 4), where as of 18:00 on 17.12.2015 there are remaining vehicle registration certificates,” the statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs representative office says.
By the way, last month there were disruptions in vehicle registration across Ukraine. This was due to reorganization in the former centers for providing traffic police services and the transition to a new regulatory framework (in connection with the entry into force of the law “On the National Police”). After the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a number of resolutions on the procedure for registering vehicles and issuing special products, the work of the former MREOs was resumed.
