According to the head of the AMCU, Yuriy Terentyev, "We see signs that prices are inflated. Whether this is related to anticompetitive actions by entities – we are finding out … We are currently analyzing the arguments of all parties. Cases will be opened against violators," Terentyev wrote on his Facebook page.
Recall that almost a month ago, the Antimonopoly Committee recommended that market participants reduce fuel prices. However, most players stated that their prices are justified by market factors.
