The head of the ministry, Aivaras Abromavicius, announced this on his social media page.
At the same time, Deputy Minister Maksym Nefedov said that with the cancellation of certification, the need for recertification (which, by the way, is paid) in the national UkrSEPRO system will disappear.
"A manufacturer's type certificate is accepted, which is obtained on the basis of significantly stricter checks (45 parameters versus 9-10 in Ukraine – even if we assume that these checks are actually carried out here). Ukrainian car manufacturers will be able to obtain type certificates for their models here, which will be similarly recognized in Europe," Nefedov emphasized.
In addition, as we wrote, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has canceled mandatory certification of automotive fuel - gasoline and diesel fuel. The same applies to spare parts.
