According to the specified document, only those types of fuel that do not fall under the technical regulation concerning requirements for automotive gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuel, and which has already been brought into compliance with EU norms, are subject to mandatory certification.
Why did the agency come up with such a proposal? The reason is quite simple — since July 10, 2014, a technical regulation corresponding to EU standards has come into effect. This means that fuel produced in European countries no longer needs additional confirmation of its quality on the Ukrainian market.
