According to Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AMIC Energy, $10 million has been allocated for these purposes. By the end of May, the company plans to rebrand 50 gas stations.

In addition, AMIC Energy intends to invest about $20 million in the development of its gas stations in Ukraine. A significant part of this amount will go towards the purchase of fuel, which will be imported from Lithuania, Romania, Poland, the Baltic states and Russia, as well as supplied by Ukrainian enterprises. "It all depends on where the price is more favorable. We strive to fully diversify our sources," stated Ruttenstorfer.
By the way, AMIC Energy completed the deal to acquire the Lukoil gas station network in Ukraine at the end of last month. The total value of assets amounted to $300 million.
