A judge of the Makariv district court, while driving a car under the influence of alcohol, threatened to shoot a traffic police officer. This was reported on his Facebook page by Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
«Oberemko Vladislav Alexandrovich. He is still a judge of the Makariv district court of the Kyiv region. But not for long. As usual in the evening, last Friday around midnight, he got behind the wheel of a BMW X5 SUV after drinking alcohol,» writes Gerashchenko.

In particular, in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, a traffic police inspector tried to stop the man, but the judge did not respond to the demand. After that, police officers chased the drunk driver, and as a result, they managed to force him to stop.
«This was already on Syretska Street, 54. A group of guys from "Road Control" also arrived there, who were invited during the chase by the traffic police officers themselves for better recording of the offense,» said the minister's assistant. «The drunk animal rushed about 3.5 km through Kyiv, overtaking in the oncoming lane, violating all possible traffic rules and endangering the lives of Kyiv residents, creating a threat of a head-on collision. This scum in a judge's robe took out his registered Makarov pistol, as it turned out later, it was a device for firing rubber bullets, and pointed it at the traffic police officer with the words: "I'll shoot you right now."
However, the traffic police officer, under the threat of using his service weapon, still forced him to get out of the car and surrender the pistol. A protocol was drawn up against the judge for drunk driving and traffic violations. According to preliminary data, they want to open a criminal case against the judge under Article 345 of the Criminal Code "Threat of violence or violence against an employee of a law enforcement agency."
