Yes, according to the association, in the first month of 2015, 352 vehicles were produced in Ukraine. This is 89% less than in January 2014 and 30% worse than the December figure.
The vast majority of produced cars are passenger cars (224 units). Moreover, all of them were produced at one plant – in Transcarpathia at PJSC "Eurocar".
Recall that in January 2015, 2,597 new passenger cars were registered in Ukraine – 4.6 times less than in January 2014. Thus, the current car market has fallen to the levels of the late 90s.
