True, the representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that there are no exact deadlines for when such a system will start working.
In addition to the payment system, the Traffic Police is working on a system for direct registration of vehicles.
It is planned to register cars via the Internet. Also, a methodology for determining the car's history by VIN code without personal data is being developed. For these purposes, a database should be created, in which entering the VIN code will allow identifying the car and tracing its history. How many times it changed owners, whether it is not listed as stolen, whether there is no arrest.
