Earlier, the head of the State Automobile Inspection of Ukraine proposed providing restored and modernized special equipment to assist fighters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs battalions and the National Guard. The personnel of the State Automobile Inspection units supported this proposal from the leadership.
It should be noted that employees of various traffic police units purchased various equipment at their own expense, restored it themselves, and additionally equipped it with protection against firearms and shrapnel. To date, on the initiative of the traffic police personnel, more than 20 vehicles have already been transferred to the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard.
Traffic police officers continue their campaign to help the soldiers defending the Motherland. Today, the next batch of equipment in the amount of 25 units is on the way.
Employees of the State Automobile Inspection state that they are the same citizens of Ukraine as the rest of the country's population and see nothing special in their actions. In their opinion, only through joint efforts can difficulties be overcome and help be provided to their homeland in the fight against terrorists and occupiers.
