Today, the handover of 85 airport taxis to the police took place at Boryspil Airport.
Along with the handover of the Hyundai Sonata, police patrols started patrolling high-speed highways. Currently, the patrol has already begun working on the "Kyiv - Boryspil" highway. A bit later, patrol police will also appear on the Zhytomyr highway.
Recall that in the spring of last year, the Ministry of Infrastructure ceased the operations of Sky Taxi due to unprofitability. The taxi service project itself, for which 110 Hyundai Sonata cars were leased, was launched in the winter of 2011.
