This decision was made after consideration of a letter from the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) to the commission, which reported the deprivation of the company "Garantiya" of its status as a member of MTIBU.
The company was excluded from the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine on June 2, due to debt in payment of contributions to the funds.
Some experts (unofficial information) associate this with the previous government. Over several years, the company rose in the ranking of companies selling compulsory motor third-party liability insurance from 22nd place to 10th in 2013. But interestingly, with the growth of the rating, the number of complaints about the company also increased. As a result, the commission already in March 2014 terminated its license to provide services for the purchase of compulsory motor third-party liability insurance policies.
