As stated by the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov, "The small armored personnel carrier Dozor is needed both by the mobile units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. It is maneuverable, fast, can move on any terrain at speeds up to 120 kilometers per hour, has quite strong armament, and most importantly, it is significantly cheaper than conventional armored personnel carriers," Turchynov said.
In addition, Turchynov is convinced that establishing production of the Dozor-B will enhance the combat capability of Ukrainian military units and provide orders for domestic defense industry enterprises.
