Head of the second department of research and investigation of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine Tetyana Kuleshova reported that when calculating the reasonable price, specialists took into account both excise taxes and changes in exchange rates. Kuleshova also noted that the synchronous and identical increase in fuel prices from February to April had no economic reasons, which may indicate concerted actions of market participants.
