The modernized station wagon accelerates from standstill to 100 kilometers per hour in 4.7 seconds — 0.2 seconds faster than the gasoline S4 Avant with the standard 354-horsepower V6 3.0 TSI engine.

The dynamic boost for the "European" Audi S4 is provided by the proprietary engine control unit. The performance of the three-liter turbodiesel has increased from 347 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque to 384 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. In addition, the atelier offers a set of lowered ABT Coilover springs and a set of anti-roll bars. The amount of ground clearance change can be varied from 15 to 40 millimeters.

Externally, the "charged" station wagon from ABT can be recognized by 19- or 20-inch two-tone alloy wheels ABT Sport GR, combining black matte surfaces with silver spoke coating. At the owner's request, the interior of the "S" can be decorated with carbon fiber and leather inserts, add branded ABT decor, and install a projection of the atelier's logo when the door opens.

The price of ABT's intervention is still kept secret. Until the appearance of the new BMW Alpina D3 station wagon, the tuned S4 Avant actually has no competitors on heavy fuel: rivals either lose in dynamics or play in a different class.
