Space Key is not a key in the usual sense, as it is an ordinary piece of composite material made from carbon fiber. As a joint research, the key was sent to the ISS in 2019.
When the tests were completed, it returned to Lamborghini. But instead of throwing away the "space junk," the company turned it into several space keys with a QR code, writes TopGeek.
"Space Key has interested many with its combination of digital art with a material object that has been in space, and we are confident that demand will be high", the company noted.
Most likely, the Space Keys will go under the hammer a little later, but for now Lamborghini is keeping everything a secret. Additional information may appear soon. For now, a whole range of questions remains unanswered. The company intends to name the artist of Space Key, the date and time of the auction, and also talk about the features of the digital art.
