Instead of blocking wheels, the company's specialists propose to completely cover the windshield using a special device called Barnacle. The folding panel firmly sticks to the violator's glass thanks to powerful suction cups. If someone tries to break the device or drive away with it, a sound alarm will go off.
You can remove such a "curtain" only by entering a special unlock code, which will be sent to your phone immediately after paying the fine. Then the car owner will also have to take the removed "clamshell" to a collection point; if not done, another fine will be issued the next day.
